2015“医药与食品中的植物化学物质”国际会议在我校举行


201562629日, 2015“医药与食品中的植物化学物质国际会议(International Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food ISPMF2015)在我校会议中心成功举行。德国洪堡学者、生环学院肖建波副教授和澳门科技大学姜志宏教授担任大会执行主席,生环学院王全喜教授担任大会组委会主席。26日上午的开幕式由肖建波副教授主持,欧洲植物化学会主席Simon Gibbons 教授(University of London UK)和韩梅教授(北京师范大学)分别致辞。

本次会议是欧洲植物化学会(PSE)和亚洲植物化学会(PSA)联合主办的高水平学术会议,上海师范大学和澳门科技大学联合承办,福建农林大学、北京师范大学、盐城工学院、贵阳医医科大学、复旦大学等单位协办。会议共吸引了来自48个国家和地区的270位代表参加,其中国外来宾142人、港澳台13人、国内代表115人,我校师生20余人参加了本次会议并做了交流。

本次会议设多酚与健康、天然产物生物活性、植物化学物质分析技术、民族药和传统食品、 活性多糖、 植物化学物质代谢动力学、植物化学物质分离和结构鉴定等14个主题,共有全会报告12个,邀请报告20个,大会口头报告55个。大会报告人中包括英国Simon Gibbons教授 (Phytochemistry Letters主编)、英国Satya Sarker教授 (Phytochemical Analysis主编)、保加利亚Milen I. Georgiev副教授 (Phytomedicine副主编)、德国Petra Högger教授 (Nutrition and Medicine副主编),韩国Young-Joon Surh 教授(Molecular CarcinogenesisToxicology & Applied PharmacologyFree Radical Research副主编),意大利Maurizio Battino教授(Journal of Berry Research Diseases Mediterranean Journal of Nutrition & Metabolism and Non Invasive Biomedicine主编)

本次会议已经获得了Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition (Taylor & Francis IF=5.176 一区) Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety (Wiley IF=4.182 一区) Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (ACS IF=2.912 一区) Food Chemistry (Elsevier IF=3.391 二区) Phytochemistry Reviews (Springer IF=2.407 二区) Nutrients (MDPI 3.270)等期刊的支持,将分别为本次会议出版专刊。其中由肖建波副教授担任客座编辑的Food Chemistry(20151861-326)Phytochemistry Reviews (201514317-554)的会议专刊已经于会前正式出版。

20141月起,生环学院成立了以王全喜教授为主席的大会组委会,全面负责本次大会的筹备工作,保障会议的高效、高质,会议获得了国内外来宾的一直好评。

Greeting from International Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (ISPMF 2015). ISPMF 2015 co-organized by the Phytochemical Society of Europe and the Phytochemical Society of Asia will be held from June 26th to 29th, 2015 in Shanghai, China. It dedicates to creating a stage for exchanging the latest research results in phytochemicals for food and human health.
